Who we are
Our website address is: https://lumomu.com.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we comply with the data protection laws applicable to the UK. This Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is treated and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. (We may occasionally modify our Privacy Policy; when this happens we will notify you via our Terms and Conditions page).
What information do we collect?
When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address and credit/debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order, carry out credit checking and notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required. For credit purposes, before accepting or dispatching your order we may use the information we have about you ourselves and/or carry out a search using a licensed credit reference agency, who will record it.
In addition we collect your email address and name if you wish to sign-up for the newsletter, and further details as you submit them for use on the site.
How do we use your information?
Any personal data relating to you will be used and recorded by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and this Privacy Policy. We use the information collected from you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may use your personal information to communicate with you about your order, for record keeping purposes, and in aggregate (and therefore anonymously) for market research purposes, to track activity on our site, to publish trends and/or to improve usefulness and content.
We may use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customers questions’ about products or services, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data and processing credit card payments. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
We may undertake a search with third-parties for the purposes of verifying your identity and the details you have submitted as part of your order. To do so these third-parties may check the details you supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use your details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. A record of the search will be retained.
In Addition
If you have opted to receive our newsletter then we may send you offers for goods or services from our company or others from time to time which we think you may find of interest. If you do not wish to receive this information, please log onto your account and unsubscribe from your newsletter.

Use of cookies is an industry standard and many web sites use them. If you do not wish to receive cookies, or want to be notified of when they are placed, you can set your web browser to do so, if your browser so permits. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
