Delivery cost and times
These deliveries are charged between £1.19 and £6.
They are despatched with Royal Mail or a selection of couriers, including DPD, UPS and Parcelforce.
At the current time your order will take an estimated 2-3 days to despatch, although we will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Plus Delivery:
These are charged at £15.00 and are specifically for items which are oversized or fragile which will result in an additional handling charge.
These will still be delivered next day with DPD, UPS or Parcelforce.
2 Man Delivery:
Certain products require a 2 man delivery service, due to the nature of the product or size of the product. This will be charged at £25 and would be on top of any Standard (or Standard Plus) delivery products that you may be ordering at the same time. If for example you buy a picture frame, this will be charged at the standard rate of say £2.99. If you also order a sofa, this will additionally be charged at £25. The total postage would be £27.99.
All two-man delivery orders will be collected from our warehouse on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at which point our delivery partner will contact you once it’s arrived at your local depot to arrange a delivery time that works best for you. We are currently experiencing a two week delivery time from time of order.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to provide automated tracking numbers for your orders. We do appreciate this would be an ideal solution and we are working towards having this in place in the future.
We currently only despatch to UK Mainland addresses. If you live outside of this area, please email us to discuss an order and we will try to help.
Guarantee, exchange or returns
Breakages and damaged or wrong Items
We sell furniture and giftware, so it is inevitable that the odd piece of merchandise can get broken in transit. If this happens please email us on email@example.com.
If you have a problem or a query regarding an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order number. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that any requests for replacement items or credits due to breakages, must be made within 2 weeks from the date of dispatch for all UK Mainland orders.
Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office. If the goods have arrived either damaged or faulty, LuMoMu will refund the postage. No liability can be accepted by LuMoMu for return goods damaged or lost in transport.
