Delivery times

We aim to ship all orders within 72 working hours. We do not work weekends or bank holidays, but put extra staff on to cover the busy times. At busy times, Christmas for example, dispatch times may be longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. The average delivery time to mainland Europe is 2 – 3 working days from dispatch so allowing for your order to be processed the average time from you placing your order to it arriving is 5 – 8 working days.

Please note during the busier times of year including Christmas, delivery times may take longer as delivery companies tend to have to deal with larger demand for their services.

UK

We send the majority of our packages by Royal Mails items 1st Class. Postage within the UK varies between £1.19 to £15.59. A few fragile or bulky items are send by our courier DPD.

We cannot track items sent with Royal Mail. Although Royal Mail 1st Class has a standard delivery of 1 – 3 working days, please allow 7 working days before contacting us that it has not arrived. We recommend to check at your local sorting/post office to see if the parcel is waiting for you there.

International Shipping

Our international shipping prices are split into 5 zones, Europe A, Europe B, US & CA, Aus & Far East, and Rest of World. The chart below shows which category zone certain countries fall into. If you have a destination country which you would like to check please contact hello@lumomu.com.

Guarantee, exchange or returns

Breakages and damaged Items

We sell giftware, so it is inevitable that the odd piece of merchandise can get broken in transit. If this happens please email us on hello@lumomu.com.

If you have a problem or a query regarding an order please contact hello@lumomu.com quoting the order number.  We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that any requests for replacement items or credits due to breakages, must be made within 2 weeks from the date of dispatch for all UK Mainland orders, 3 weeks from date of dispatch for all none UK Mainland and European orders and 4 weeks from the date of dispatch for all other countries.

Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office. If the goods have arrived either damaged or faulty, LuMoMu will refund postage.

No liability can be accepted by LuMoMu for return goods damaged or lost in transport.
